Unique to Nazareth Home, we offer a Catholic-affiliated community that includes on-site Mass six days per week and we serve as home to a number of vowed religious.

All-Inclusive Convenience
Each one-bedroom apartment provides ample private living space that includes a full bath.
Monthly rent is $1,950. Utilities are included (electric/water/gas/trash disposal), as well as cable and internet.
Should your medical needs change and other types of care be required, Nazareth Home also provides Recovery to Home and long-term care programs (skilled nursing) that you can transition to seamlessly.
