A Reflection of 2024
It seems with each passing years, the people we are honored to serve give us a greater perspective and purpose and shepherd us into planning how we can continue to deepen our services and relationships.
This year we responded to the many desires we hear from our stakeholder families to stay at home. For some years now, we have considered how to bring Nazareth Home out of these walls into homes across Louisville. We spent the year planning and began the launch of Nazareth at Home as the new year began. We look forward to 2025 to learn more from families and to bringing some of the innovations we have under our roof to your home.
Stakeholders also communicated a need for simple independent living apartments. We had space on our Clifton Campus to renovate into single apartments and we completed those at the end of the year. We look forward to expanding these twelve apartments for people who are independent but no longer want the work of running a home.
We are grateful our clinical programs continue to advance and receive recognition from national periodicals such as Newsweek and US News and World Report. The commitment and professionalism of Nazareth Home staff is unmatched in the area. We applaud the tireless pursuit of excellence among all our teams.
We are grateful to our board and sponsors for grounding us in leadership and enthusiasm for the future. We are thankful for the accomplishments of last year and look forward to 2025. With your help, it will again be a very good year.
